Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by Customer
More than 30 days before event: Full refund of any paid balance (deposit remains non‑refundable).
15–30 days before event: 50% refund of total booking fee (deposit forfeited).
Less than 15 days before event: No refund.
2. Cancellation by kls83.com
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility issue), we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
3. No‑Shows
If you fail to show up without notice, no refund is given.
4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule once at no charge if requested at least 14 days before the original date. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
5. Exceptions
COVID‑19 government closures or extreme weather (T8 or above, black rainstorm) allow full refund or rescheduling.
